Owner and Chef Kristina Brindley is a classically trained Chef who specializes in Vegan and Macrobiotic cooking. She graduated top in her class at the established Art Institutes International in Minneapolis. While completing her degree, she interned under Chef Lucia Watson, one of Minnesota's top organic Chefs.

After graduating, Brindley studied with acclaimed Vegetarian Chef Brenda Langton, at her restaurant Cafe Brenda. It was while working with Ms. Langton that Kristina first learned about the healing properties of Macrobiotics.

In a quest to further her education, she traveled east to the hailed Kushi Institute, studying the philosophy and culinary art of Macrobiotics. Recently, she transplanted to Los Angeles, where she was hired to manage the "culinary hot spot" Real Food Daily in Beverly Hills.

Now, Brindley brings all of her education, talent and skills to Seedling Catering. The result is an ever changing menu of delicious vegan specialties for Seedling's esteemed and health conscious.

Brindley goes one-step further confiding, “We strive to offer a gourmet dining experience of vegetarian, healthy, and eco-friendly foods. No animals are harmed or exploited in the preparation of your meals.”
